With over 20 years of experience in training, compliance, knowledge transfer, and workforce development within pharmaceutical and other regulated environments, Brenda Basco brings a practical understanding of what it takes to move learning from the classroom into the workplace.
Her work focuses on designing modern training systems that connect people, knowledge, job performance, and organizational requirements—from onboarding and on-the-job training to qualification and knowledge transfer.
Brenda developed the Knowledge-to-Capability Framework™, a practical approach designed to help organizations move beyond simply delivering information or completing training. The framework™ connects what people need to know with what they need to understand, perform, and demonstrate on the job.
Her approach integrates training architecture, workplace learning, qualification, and performance expectations to strengthen the connection between organizational knowledge and workforce capability. She also incorporates AI-enabled tools to help organizations capture, organize, access, and transfer critical know-how—while keeping human expertise, judgment, context, and accountability at the center.
Brenda holds an MBA and a BBA in Business Administration, along with professional training in Train-the-Trainer methodologies and Adult Learning Certification.
